Mr. Alexander Baez is the owner of VAL3XO, LLC where he serves as a CFO for clients and provides recommendations for short- and long-term strategic financial goals. Alexander brings more than 17 years of experience and knowledge of navigating financial decisions for a wide variety of businesses that include for-profit and nonprofit industries in and across Bexar County and the surrounding areas. Alexander’s mixed heritage (Colombian and German) provides those he serves perspectives, insights, and creative approaches to troubleshooting financial challenges. His understanding of multicultural, economic, social, and political forces that influence funding opportunities is apparent in his ability to work as a liaison with diverse populations and organizations.

Mr. Baez obtained his MBA with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University and his bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance from UTSA. He is a licensed Realtor® in Texas and is fluent in Spanish.
